To all my fellow Cigar and Pipe Lovers,
Merry Christmas to you and yours this holiday season. Keep them burning slow and long ashes to all!!!
The U.S. President Woodrow Wilson first proclaimed an Armistice Day for November 11, 1919. In proclaiming the holiday, he said
“To us in America, the reflections of Armistice Day will be filled with lots of pride in the heroism of those who died in the country’s service and with gratitude for the victory, both because of the thing from which it has freed us and because of the opportunity it has given America to show her sympathy with peace and justice in the councils of the nations.”
Okay, I finally made pulled the trigger and picked up a cabinet style humidor. It took some hunting but I found one a retailer here in Virginia that sales the boxes. I need to give a shout out to the Roberto Cigars in Yorktown, Virginia (http://www.robertocigars.com/). The owner worked with me and got me the box for less than any other online dealer could and gave me the option of picking it up from his shop or having it delivered.
Decided to do some simple ribs today and since I had the camera, well I took some pics. Here is a quick view into how Spatulaman gets down on the grill.
